My transaction experience
My Follow Up Boss deal exports, reviewed September 24, 2026, contain 489 closed buyer and listing sides: 313 buyer sides and 176 listing sides. A side is one representation in a transaction. If I represented both buyer and seller, both sides are counted. These are my own CRM records, not an independent MLS audit or a count of 489 distinct homes.
Among my preferred service areas, those records show 45 sides in Allen Park, 27 in Monroe, 25 each in Brownstown and Canton, 24 in Trenton, 18 in Flat Rock, 17 in Ann Arbor, 15 in Woodhaven, 14 in Livonia, 11 in New Boston/Huron Township, and 7 in Riverview. The records show 4 sides in Plymouth and 2 in Northville. These totals include buyer and listing work and are not all seller listings.
What public review sites show
As checked September 24, 2026, Zillow displays 5.0 stars from 143 reviews, 37 sales in the past 12 months, and 442 total sales. Realtor.com displays 5.0 stars from 165 reviews. The review sets may overlap. Those sites use their own reporting methods, so their sales figures should not be added to my CRM count.
How to choose the right listing agent for your home
Ask each agent for recent comparable sales near your property, a recommended list price and the reasoning behind it, a plan for professional photography and presentation, a marketing plan, and a clear explanation of how they handle offers, appraisal questions, inspection negotiations, and communication. The right plan depends on your home and your timing.
